Brian joined the NSBDC program in 1994 and has been tracking the Northern Nevada’s housing market and economy since 1996. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geography (UNR, 1997) and a master’s degree in business/economics from UNR (2001). He produces quarterly housing reports that detail the dynamic housing market of new and existing homes in several Northern Nevada communities, as well as a semiannual economic summary of Washoe County.
