Bill Sims is the Business and Economic Development Specialist with the Nevada Small Business Development Center in Winnemucca. Bill also serves as the Coordinator for the Humboldt Development Authority in Winnemucca, the local economic development agency of Humboldt County and the City of Winnemucca. Bill’s background is in engineering, and he has years of experience in business and industry. Bill has also owned and operated his own small retail business.
